The Tulip Festival in Delhi is not just a celebration of the arrival of spring and the beauty of tulips, but also a symbol of hope and resilience.
Tulips in Delhi are making this spring extra special. This year, over 1.2 lakh tulip bulbs have been planted in Chanakyapuri and other areas of central Delhi, roughly double the tulips sent from the Netherlands last year.
