The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) plans to complete the construction of 17,829 flats within the next two years, including HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS categories. The majority of these flats belong to the MIG category. The flats will be ready in two phases, with 11,449 units scheduled for completion by October 2023 and the remaining 6,380 units to be ready by March of the following year.
DDA has announced the launch of 17,800 new flats in two phases, with the first scheme set to be released on Diwali this year. The majority of the new flats being constructed by DDA fall under the MIG category.

The flats under construction are located in Dwarka’s Sector 19B, Bakkarwala, Dwarka Sector-14, and Narela Sector A-1 to A-4. Notably, Dwarka Sector-19B will feature HIG flats, including penthouses and terrace gardens, a first for DDA. In addition to Dwarka, HIG flats are also being built in Narela.
Pricing details for these flats have not yet been determined. DDA expects to launch the first scheme for the new flats during Diwali, with the allotment process likely to take place in the first quarter of the following year.
The penthouses are expected to have a size of 266 square meters, while HIG flats will range from 129 to 150 square meters. MIG flats will be approximately 84 square meters, and LIG flats will be around 40 square meters. DDA has previously launched 54 housing schemes, resulting in the availability of 417,063 flats.
